Our Story
Our journey began with our founder, Shelby Clement, who spent 8 years in the oil and gas industry before realizing her true calling was to help others more directly and creatively.
Inspired by a marketing conference revelation about the growing need for social media management, Shelby leveraged over a decade of experience in the field to establish SCM in May 2021. Driven by a passion for nurturing business success and fostering enduring partnerships, Shelby laid the foundation for SCM. Since then, we've been instrumental in elevating numerous brands, amplifying brand visibility, and propelling our clients toward their business objectives.
Our success wouldn't be possible without our all-female team, each possessing a wealth of knowledge and experience in social media and digital marketing. Together, we form a cohesive unit, committed to delivering exciting results and exceeding client expectations. Hey there, it's ya girl Shelby Clement - Louisiana native, wife to a total stud, and momma bear to two little tikes. Oh, and did I mention I'm also a kick-ass entrepreneur? Yeah, I'm all about helping small businesses crush it in the social media game.
I may have graduated from LSU with a marketing degree and earned an MBA from LSUS, but it's my go-getter attitude that really sets me apart. Hard work is in my blood (thanks, Mom and Dad), and I'm not afraid to chase my dreams and make them happen.
My goal? To build a team that's just as passionate as I am about social media marketing for small businesses. And let me tell you, my current squad of five amazing women are straight-up rockstars.
